A Rarely Available Fabulous Find

Lovely double room available in one of the most beautiful settings in Woking. The house sits in the middle of a historic gated estate surrounded by woodlands, topiary gardens, and a stunning hundred-year-old church. The grounds include a tennis court and basketball facility.

The house is an easy walk to the station, five minutes to the McLaren bus pick-up, and close to shops and local amenities. The room, is light, airy has plenty of storage and a great view.

We have two shared parking spaces, superfast internet, Sky Sports and NFL channels, two fridges, a washing machine, dishwasher, and a lovely private patio with a gas BBQ. All bills, council tax, gardener, and estate fees are included.

The current housemate are — a 25-year-old supercomputer engineer from Lincoln (everyone at McLaren loves him because he fixes their computer problems), a 40-year-old Aussie/Italian expert on car interiors who’s an amazing cook, and a former American Olympian, who owns a women’s fitness company and is our landlady. Adding to the mix is a friendly bunch of local friends and former housemates who still view Oldfield Wood as a second home and drop by from time to time.

We are looking for a new house mate who is thoughtful towards others, motivated, friendly, a bit academic, clean(ish), and honest.
