We have a modern home in Woodham. Woking is a 7min drive and Mclaren 5min.
You can access West Byfleet station within a 15min walk via the canal path or 5 min drive a 5-10min drive also gets you to Woking station.

We are a professional couple with grown up children.

The room has a double bed, hanging and drawer space, desk/chair use. It has its own en-suite shower room.

Space will be given in the fridge and freezer and you would have full use of our kitchen facilities, to fit around us.

Use of the washing machine and tumble dryer is included in the rent. Wifi and other bills are all included.

Must be clean and tidy and like dogs. We have two very friendly Tibetan Terriers. hypoallergenic dogs that never go upstairs.
