Modern flat - excellent location

Available Early July, please read the advert - a family, a couple or you and your aunt wouldn’t be suitable.

I’m looking for a flat mate to move into the spare room I have, I am not home an awful lot so don’t be surprised if you have the place do yourself a lot.

I do have 2 pedigree cats who will be there when I am, but won’t be there 100% of the time so you do need to like pets.

The current tenant is female and moving on for a job elsewhere, so any perspective tenant can speak to her and get feedback on anything for peace of mind.

The flat itself has a garage and fairly big communal garden grounds which is an excellant sun trap when the sun is out, there is also a parking space with the room.
The flat is Walking distance to Asda and Aldi and 10 mins or so walk from woking train station.
