Description
This is not a house share but a room let from Monday to Friday only. (Sunday night may be to be negotiated in the Autumn). The accommodation is adequate for professionals who work in the aera during the week and go back home at weekend....
At weekends, the landlady has her grand children and looks after one of them on the Monday..
The semi-detached house is in Sheerwater, Woking, half way from West Byfleet and Woking train stations. Regular buses are running between both stations.
Parking can be arranged as long as cars are not in the way of blocking movement. Otherwise it would have to be on the verge which is not law prohibited.
The bathroom is upstairs with a power shower.
The kitchen is with a table for the lodger's use.
All kitchen equipment such as crockery and cutlery to be shared. Saucepans and Frying pans must be washed after use.
The bedding can be negotiated.
The bedroom must be emptied and therefore will be cleaned every Friday. A cupboard is made available in case storage is required.
The cleaning of the house is done by the landlady and it is appreciated that all the shared areas are kept clean, tidy and free of "things". All bills are included in the rental.
Clear and frequent communication is the key for a pleasant stay. Discretion is also valued.
Access to the garden can be done through the garage and can be used in agreement with landlady.
