We have a studio property available that is part of a annexe on the side of a house.

Within the space is a kitchen, shower room, and 1 bedroom. Included in the bedroom will be double bed, 2 wardrobes, bedside table, chest of drawers.

In the kitchen you have a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, hob, microwave.

The rent includes all bills, and also includes a cleaner that visits once every 2 weeks to do the bathroom and kitchen space.

The property is located in a quiet cul de sac, with plenty parking on the road. We are about 15 minutes walk through the park to get to town centre.

We are the landlords who live in the main part of the house, however this is a totally independent space for you, with own front door etc.

The room is for every day of the week, full time, however if someone wants just Monday to Friday, we are open to doing this and reducing the rent as a result.

We also are open to couples, but the price will be slightly higher
