Single room in centre Woking from 1st August

This room is available for 3 months, we would consider long term option as well.

Your room comes with a single bed and with a separate storage room - you can also bring your small furniture such as a desk or chest of drawers.
We share the kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathroom.
On-site parking is available.

We are looking for someone who's clean (we do the housekeeping ourselves, this can be discussed), not very noisy and can be a little bit social too.

Bills included: water, gas, electricity, council tax, rent.

*** The rent goes down in January and February to £580 for two months! ***

We are both professionals, have lived in this house for 6 years now, and we are looking for someone who is reliable, kind and respectful.
