This is a nice and large house close to lion retail park, and it's convenient to reach ASDA, ALDI, McLaren bus stop within a few minutes by walking. There are 6 bedrooms in this property, 2 shared bathrooms, a living room, a big kitchen, and a garden.
The renting room is the large double room on the 1st floor. The heater in the room is quite warm in winter that no need to worry about the cold at all.
There are fridges, an oven, microwaves, a washing machine, etc. in the big sharing kitchen.
The current flatmates in the house are very polite and lovely people, I've never been bothered by noise and hygiene issues since I've lived in this property as the flatmates are all decent people and they have regular rest schedules. In all, It's a perfect place for relaxing after work.
