Large double room with own toilet - Parking too

I have a Furnished Double Bedroom spare in Woking, which comes with it's own shower room with toilet. The flat is built on two floors so your room would be downstairs along with Lounge and separate kitchen. I have the ensuite room on the floor upstairs. This way we each get our own private space most of the time with a sizeable shared area too.

The flat is one of 10 in a gated community. We have a small outside garden and seating area and there is even possibility for on-street parking or inside the gated area with some manoeuvring. The neighbours are really nice too and we get on really well! At the moment, it's just myself but my partner visits 3/4 days a week as she is away working in France (she is a flight attendant). We are looking to move out of Woking in August when the current lease ends so us living together would be for a maximum of 6 months.

About me, I have been living in shared households last 10-12 years. I enjoy having people in the home to come back to in the evenings and plan social outings too. At home, I am very clean and tidy, always cleaning up after myself in the kitchen and around the lounge (I am a bit lazy with dishes though) I work nearby in Frimley for Boeing so my commute is usually about 30min.

Rent would be £900 and then Bills would be an estimated £200 max per month, which includes council tax. I can provide exact breakdown.
