Hey,
I have a fantastic en-suite room that will be available by the end of Jan 26 as my current flatmate is moving to Manchester.
A bit about me - I am a finance professional. I have lived here for the past 2 and an half years. I really love the place and I make sure my place is well organised and clean - it’s also one of my stress busters among socialising, gymming and cooking.
A bit about the flat - 2 bed, bills are not included - council band B, monthly electricity and water bills which includes standing charges as well - together comes around £200 pm depending on the consumption.
Kitchen, Living space and balcony - shared spaces.
There is a common work space which is perfect if you work from home quite often.
A very good communal garden space for an evening walk.
Need references - including financial and work as the management team carries out vetting. As a general thumb rule, for affordability check, your annual salary needs to be 2 times the annual rent.
I’m currently on the move due to which I haven’t uploaded any photos or videos of the house/room. I will be back home by Saturday and will do so, in the interim, you can look up for “The Marches” - should give you a fair idea.
Walkable distance amenities -
Gym - 5-10min
Woking train and bus station - 2-5 walking distance.
Can get to London Waterloo in 24-30min by train.
Victoria Shopping mall right next to the flat.
