A bright, furnished double room available in a peaceful, modern home in GU22, Woking. The flat is spacious, clean and calm, with large windows, lots of natural light, lovely green views and access to a balcony/outdoor seating area.

The room would suit a tidy, respectful professional looking for a comfortable short-term home rather than a busy house share.

The room does not have an ensuite, but my partner and I have our own bathroom, so the lodger would have the main bathroom.

The flat is around 15–20 minutes’ walk to Woking station, depending on walking pace, with good links into London and surrounding areas. David Lloyd is just across the road, which is ideal if you’re into the gym, swimming, classes or tennis.

About us

You would be living with a relaxed, friendly professional couple. We enjoy seeing friends, keeping active, going to David Lloyd, playing tennis and having a nice calm home to come back to.

We’re sociable and easy-going, but this isn’t a party flat. We’d love to find someone who is independent, respectful, clean and comfortable sharing a home with a couple.

Who we are looking for

We are mainly looking for single occupancy, but we may consider a couple for the right people at a higher rent.

We are open to male or female lodgers — the most important thing is that the person is the right fit for the home.

This would suit someone who wants a comfortable, peaceful base and is respectful of shared spaces.

Rent and terms

£950 pcm for single occupancy, bills included.

Short-term lets welcome. We are flexible on length, but this would realistically be available for up to around 12 months maximum.

Deposit and references required. Right to Rent checks will be completed before move-in.

No smoking. No pets.
