Hi, I'm Bob, 32 and I live with partner Aimee, 30.

We own a spacious and modern 4 bedroom house. We have one lodger, Alexis, and are looking for an additional friendly lodger to share it with us.

The house is situated within a 5 minute walk of Woking station / town centre and so as well as being very close to all the amenities of Woking it's very convenient for commuting to both London Waterloo (25 minute train) and Guildford (7 minute train).

- Separate utility room with washing machine and tumble drier
- Living room with large HD TV, bluray and Sky+HD including movie channels
- Downstairs toilet
- High speed wireless broadband (40Mb+)
- Large loft and garage for storing bikes and suitcases
- Regular professional cleaner
- Spacious garden with patio and BBQ

The room I have available is as follows:

- Double room
- Double bed
- Built in single wardrobe with half hanging space and half shelves
- En-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.

Please note there is no parking available on the estate so ideally suited to those without a car. If you do require parking then it is possible to apply for a residents parking permit allowing on street parking on nearby residential roads.

The room require one months rent paid up front and an £850 refundable deposit. The room is privately let by myself so there are no agency fees. It is available from the 15th of December 2015.

The room is furnished as described above. Cost is inclusive of bills: council tax, gas, electricity, water, cleaner, broadband and TV.

The room is available for single occupancy only, no couples, smokers or pets please.

It's a large house and Aimee and I have our own separate private bathroom, sitting room and office so there is plenty of space to share.
