I'm looking to share with one professional (preferably female) non-smoker, who appreciates a nice home, is clean, tidy, fun and relatively quiet (ie. is mature in mind but young in spirit). Sorry but it would not suit couples or someone with pets/own furniture or who is looking to regularly entertain partners or children from home.

Live-in owner, a young friendly 43, single, female, professional (producer), non-smoker. Main interests include films, food and travel. Rarely at home during weekdays but almost always at weekends. Like to keep the home tidy and peaceful.

2 miles from Woking town centre, St Johns is a village on the Basingstoke canal with various restaurants, takeaways, shops and a pub. There's even a deli and a cupcake shop. It is en-route to Knaphill, on the bus route between Guildford and Woking (the bus goes every 15 mins and takes 8 mins to Woking station, or its a 15 min bike ride/40 min walk along the canal tow path to the centre of town). It's a 15 min drive to Guildford town centre (20-25 mins at rush hour).
The room is available on a Mon-Fri or full time basis for £575 p/m - payable in advance. Includes all bills and off-road parking. £285 holding deposit and an employer/current landlord reference is required please.
