Hello, I have a nice, bright, bigger than average double room to rent in a large split level 2 bed apartment. In Woking town centre, next to the park, 5 minutes from the train station, secure entrance, free off road parking. The room has a large built in wardrobe, but is not furnished, however, the flat is furnished and has all appliances. Sky, broadband, landline, dishwasher etc all there. Plenty of storage around the flat too and storage for a bike.

I am an easy going female flatmate in mid 30s, love cooking, photography, sharing a glass of wine and a movie, but I am quite active so am out and about a lot. Looking for someone who appreciates a nice flat and is clean and tidy.

Monday to Friday considered for discounted rent.

Bills £150 (£90 less in February/march as some bills not payable)

Deposit: £710 (month and a half rent)

This might seem a lot, but it is a larger than average double room in a lovely flat bang on in town centre, with only one other person sharing.
