We are looking for a friendly professional to move in at the start of October. The move in date is flexible as finding the right person is more important.
The rent is £485 per month including all bills (Council Tax, Maintenance, Electricity, Telephone and Broadband,& BT/Sky Sports).
The room is a furnished large double room with plenty of natural light. It has a double bed, in wardrobe and a brand new large chest of draws, A large desk, and shelves. Additional furniture can be provided on request/anything you don’t want can be removed.
The flat is split level on the 2nd and 3rd floor.
Downstairs there is a good sized, well equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space and a large separate living room.
Upstairs there are 3 good sized bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet.
The bathroom has just been replaced. A new walk in shower sink and toilet have been put in. 2 bedrooms have recently been redecorated and the available room can repainted before you move in (to a colour of your choice within reason).
Off-street parking is available in a private car park. We have 3 parking spaces to share between 3 people.
Tesco's, Co-op and a number of other facilities are a 2 minute walk away.
The station and the town centre are a 5 minute walk away.
The park and the leisure centre (swimming pool and gym) are located just around the corner.
It is very important to get a friendly housemate who is easy to get along with. I am currently living overseas and will be doing viewings from Sunday 29th September to Sunday 6st October. If these times are not suitable I can arrange a time to organise a viewing with my one of my housemate.
Couples need not apply. Interest is usually high, to save time please let me know what you do for a living and a little bit about yourself.
