Our housemate is moving into a smaller room so there is now a huge attic room available for a lovely new housemate.
The house you would be joining is made up of 2 guys and 1 girl, all professional and we all get along really well. We are hoping for someone who is friendly, clean and sociable.
To keep the gender balance we are preferably looking for a female between 23 and 30. Also the room is massive so perfect for a girl with lots of clothes!
In the rest of the house there are two bathrooms, a big kitchen, lounge, big garden and shed for anyone who has a bike. There is also one parking space allocated to you but plenty of further permit parking on the road.
The gas, electric, water, council tax, gardener, internet and TV package have all been factored in to the rent above.
To secure the room you will also need to pay for reference checks and put down the deposit.
