Newly refurbished double room in house share

The house is close to Woking train station about 10 min. walk to the town centre. Currently there are 2 friendly occupants who like to cook different recipes, explore the area and going out to try different ventures. We are looking for an outgoing, like minded, and tidy person to share the house with us. We expect the new house mate is willing to take some general house duties, and responsible for cleaning up after him/her. Apart from that, this is a great house and happy place to stay.
