As you can see from the Photos there is a Double wardrobe, side table. Plenty of room to add a desk and a sofa (not supplied) if you wish and yet plenty of room to enjoy.

Maybe able to negotiate an earlier move in date as current tenant has found new accommodation but is contracted to the 19th Jan 2025.

A great bunch of professional housemates who have gelled very well and enjoy socialising, eating in and eating out, Gym, staying in watching movies. I believe the housemates are equally as important as the room and we always try to ensure the person fits into the house. fingers crossed so far so good.

There is a large modern brand new kitchen which leads into an open plan lounge.

Virgin TV with sky cinema volt package and upto 1 Gig broadband. Never had any issues even during pandemic when many people were working from home and some still are.

All rooms furnished with double mirrored wardrobe and bedside table. Chest draw found inside wardrobe. All fixtures and fittings are chrome, many bedrooms with dimmable lights.

Kitchen has 2 tall fridge freezers - 3 people sharing each fridge. Plenty of space in kitchen for your own allocated cupboards. A large washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, 4 slice toaster and kettle.

Please note no bathrooms are shared. each room has an ensuite.....so NO QUES EVER!!!

All rooms have fire systems installed -including wide opening windows, fire doors, thumb locks, Sounders, heat alarm in kitchen and emergency lighting. Fully compliant with HMO regulations. We have been members of the NRLA for many years.
