A furnished double room is available in this friendly shared apartment.

We are looking for an individual to share with four other professionals.

The flat occupies the first and second floors of a large traditional house in a quiet and pleasant part of Woking, with the town centre just minutes away.

It is fully furnished with both a bathroom and a separate shower room. The flatmates also share the fully fitted kitchen and well furnished lounge.

There is gas central heating and on-street parking is available by permit.

The rent includes all utilities and council tax.

References will be required and there will an admin fee of £30 to cover this.
