En-Suite Double Room Available in Maybury

We have 1 double room with En-Suite shower and toilet available in our house in Maybury, 15 minutes walk from the train station.

The room is available to view from the 30th of October, there are currently 4 of us living here, 1 girl and 3 guys.

It's a pretty easy going house, we share a big kitchen, and living room, bathroom and there's a downstairs loo. We have Virgin broadband. The landlord lives in Woking so he's pretty good at sorting stuff out but doesn't intrude on the house at all.

We are looking for someone who is considerate, tidy and friendly to join us. It's not really a crazy party house as we all have to get up for work (sorry :P)

The best time to come and view the house is probably evenings/weekends, so if you're interested let me know and we'll sort it out:)
