Double Ensuite Room Detached House

I have a double room with a ensuite which includes a large rain forest shower, toilet and sink.

The room also has a double wardrobe with drawers. The bed is a large Ikea double bed (slightly larger than UK king size).

The house has a large sitting room with Sky digital TV and recording. Large kitchen with table for six, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The house has underfloor heating throughout downstairs and in the bathrooms.

There is also a conservatory and a second sitting room on the top floor.

There is a further shared bathroom which includes a bath.

There is a garage which is used for storage. There is a garden with a lawn and decking with a gas BBQ.

The house is professionally cleaned once a fortnight.

The house is in a very quiet area, 12minute walk from the station and 5minutes from Woking park.
