Perfect Ensuite room near Woking Station

We have one large double room with ensuite coming available end of December. The house is a 12 minute walk from Woking town centre and the train station. It is a stone's throw from the Lion Retail Park with an Asda, Argos, Costa and other shops on your doorstep.

The room is furnished with luxury mattress, bed, wardrobes and shelving with a spacious ensuite. The rest of the house comprises spacious living room, brand new kitchen, bathroom (shared between 3) and a pretty garden. There is also a shed for bikes.

The three housemates are all professionals who get on very well and are looking for someone else who will fit right in. They keep the house very clean and tidy and a fortnightly cleaner (included) ensures a pleasant well kept home. We are looking for considerate, friendly and tidy new housemates. of a similar age and mindset.

The rents includes all bills (fair usage policy applies), council tax, Virgin high speed internet and TV package. Given the close proximity to the station there is no parking available with the room and limited off-road parking in the area.
