The flat occupies the first and second floors of a large traditional house in a quiet residential part of Woking, with the town centre just minutes away.

It is fully furnished, with two newly refurbished shower rooms. The flatmates also share the fully fitted kitchen and well furnished lounge.

The two attic rooms available have been redecorated and re-carpeted and each offer extensive built-in storage space and living area. Both rooms are fully furnished.

There is gas central heating (a new boiler has just been installed), broadband, satellite TV and some off-street parking is available.

The rent includes all utilities and council tax.

Single occupancy, professional tenants only please.

References will be required with and administration fee of £60 payable.
