I am a single mum of a five year old boy and am seeking someone to share my home. I need a person with childcare experience and lots of patience and love of children to live with us and to give approximately 15 hours practical help a week in exchange for low cost accommodation.

The property is a well presented house with four bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room and with a small rear garden. It is walking distance from Woking station and town centre.

The sharer would have a bedroom in a brand new loft conversion. This is furnished with a single bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and smart TV; there is an adjoining shower-room. She would also enjoy shared use of the dining room, kitchen and laundry facilities (washing machine & tumble dryer). The home has unlimited wireless broadband. Car parking is available for you in a public car park area which is located few yards away from the house.

The practical help would include:
- Taking the child to school three times a week
- Picking the child from school two times a week
- Cooking his dinner or warming up his food and feeding him
- Occasionally babysitting
- Doing their share of general household tasks in order to maintain cleanliness, for example loading and unloading the dishwasher, putting bins out, tidying the kitchen and hoovering. I would also expect you to keep your own room and shower room clean and tidy.

Key times when help is needed are as follows:
- Three weekday mornings (Mon, Thu & Fri) between approx 6:30am-8:45am for getting my son ready and dropping him off at school.
- Two weekday afternoons (Mon & Thu) between approx 3pm-5:30pm for picking him up from school, playing and feeding him.
- Occasional evenings for a couple of hours (to be agreed based on your availability and our family needs). I have a lot of close friends who live locally and will help out if you are unavailable the evening we need help or when you are on holiday.

The tenancy agreement is direct with the owner/landlord so there are no additional set up fees. Rent is £100 per month and includes bills.
