LOCATION
The location is ideal, close to Woking town centre and the railway station which has 12 trains an hour to London. Woking has a good selection of restaurants, pubs and shops. Guildford town centre is also nearby, with its cobbled streets, historic buildings and one of the most attractive high streets in the country. It has a great selection of designer stores, lots of cafes, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Guildford also has excellent transport links via two main line train stations (fast links to London Waterloo and Victoria) with the A3 and the A320 easily accessible.

The bus stop is a couple of minutes’ walk from the house which has regular buses to Woking and Guildford. The Woking Railway station is 5 minutes by car or 20-25 minutes walk. Guildford is 15 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bus.
The house has plenty of off-road parking and unrestricted free parking available on the road.
