Large Double Bedroom with Own Bathroom and Garden

Looking for short-term (up to 1 month) let during March.

Room on offer is a very large double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and fitted wardrobes. House is ultra-modern (on a private road) with hardwood floors throughout, very high quality tasteful furnishings, and a large well-kept garden at the rear.

Bed and other furniture can be provided but room would also suit somebody with their own furniture as there is also some space around the house to accommodate additional furniture if required.

Current occupants are two professionals (29 and 32) who work in IT and Business Development respectively.

We tend to spend our evenings socialising together in the open-plan living room and we try to eat dinner together as often as possible.

We have very high speed broadband (300Mbps) and Sky on large TV.
