Two Single Rooms In a Large End Of Terrace House

I have 2 single rooms available to move in.

Single Rooms;
Decent size single room with a view to the back garden.
Build In large wardrobes.

The house;
Large living room with extension leading to the back garden. Two showers and 3 toilets in total.
Two private parking spaces at the front. Local amenities within 5 minutes walking distance and 200 meters to the bus and train station.
Small front garden but we often have hedgehog guests if you don't mind.

Kitchen,
Fitted with usual appliances like fridge, washing,
dishwashing and espresso machines, microwave etc.

The house is not for sale so I'll keep the advert short :)

Update:
A few years back I developed an allergy to cats so no cats. Dogs are ok.
