A Room available in Worcester Park!

Worcester Park is a lovely area, my house is only about a six-minute walk to a huge park, there are horses, tennis courts etc, the station is a 7-minute walk from my home and goes to Waterloo Station in 30 minutes. The high street has a large selection of shops and a large Waitrose. There is a sport's club about 5 minutes’ walk.

The bedroom has a 3/4 bed, [slightly larger than a standard single], storage under the bed, bedside table, chest of draws, wardrobe, fan, and a mirror. The blinds are electric, and the bedroom looks out onto the garden side.
The bathroom will be shared between us.

The rent includes all bills. I have a large TV [please note that I do not have Virgin/Sky etc.] and only watch DVD’s, Amazon Prime and YouTube. Parking is free on the street. The room is available at the end of January 22.

Cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom will be shared between us and apart from the rented bedroom, the rest of the house I will keep clean.

I have three gorgeous cats and therefore I am looking for someone who likes cats.

A little about myself - I was born in South Africa and have lived in London for 16 years. I am a Christian.

I adore all animals and children and have three gorgeous cats. I love nature, the beach, cycling, cooking [I follow the Ketogenic lifestyle], baking and being creative.
