High spec house & garden

Hello! My house has recently undergone a full refurb to a modern, high spec with underfloor heating across the entire ground floor, a fireplace, soft water, reverse osmosis drinking water, Philips Hue smart lighting and an amazing garden!

I am renting out two rooms so might best suit two friends looking for a place.

Both bedrooms have a double divan bed with ample built in storage, two bedside tables, and black out blinds and shutters. The smaller bedroom has a built in wardrobe. The larger bedroom has a three door wardrobe and chest of drawers.

There is a desk in the front room that can be used as a work station if working from home is required.

The lounge area includes a couch and a big TV.

The kitchen comes equipped with an induction hob, premium oven and a dishwasher. I don't have a microwave but I can get one if you want one. There is a breakfast bar and small utility room with a washing machine and heat pump tumble dryer.

All bills are included in the price with normal / fair usage.

The high street is a short walk down the road for access to supermarkets, banks, cafes, restaurants, take-aways, and other shops. Supermarkets close by include, Waitrose and Sainsburys

Worcester Park train station (Travel Card Zone 4) with direct trains to London, is a 10 - 15 minute walk away (0.67 miles). Excellent bus services to all local areas. The X26 express bus service connects you to Heathrow Airport and Croydon.

Nonsuch Park, an equestrian centre, recreational fields and The Hamptons beautiful park and ponds are within walking distance.

I have a pet royal python in the front room. He is not dangerous but will probably be a problem for anyone with a phobia of snakes.

A bit about me... I am friendly, considerate and respectful. I like a clean living environment so I can arrange a weekly professional cleaner. I enjoy socialising but I'm also content to keep to myself.
