Large Double Room in Hamptons, Worcester Park

This is a large (4.3x2.6m) double room in a 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat, I'm a terrible photographer so I've included a floorplan with some measurements.

The room also has its own good size bathroom, two large storage areas/wardrobes (outside the room), a car parking space, and there is a large shared and fully furnished kitchen/living room. The room itself is unfurnished but the shared living room and kitchen is fully kitted out, including a washer/dryer, dish washer, fridge etc.

Rate of £900/month includes all bills including high speed Internet (around 200-300mbps).

The Hamptons area is a great location with a large park right on the door step, while only being a 10 minute walk from Worcester Park Station and High Street. Trains from the station take 17 minutes to Clapham Junction and 27 to Waterloo. There is also a car parking space included (outside the flat) and visitor parking, as well as secure bike parking. There is also access to the Hamptons residents gym and tennis courts which is all 2 minutes away and membership is free (after paying a £10 sign up fee).

I'm the only flatmate, I work in IT in corporate events, where I work remotely. I'm a bit of a geek at heart and often spend evenings gaming in my room, occasionally chilling in the living room with a beer or two, but I am away several nights a week at my girlfriends place. I'm a big fan of all things tech, and am quite into 3D printing, I have two printers in the living room (they're completely safe and non-toxic, and quiet). I'm quite relaxed about most things, though I do prefer to keep the place clean and tidy.

There is ample space for a desk setup both in the room and/or living room for anyone working remotely.

As mentioned, photos aren't my forte, so if you would like to see the place in person, I can be available for viewing most days during the day and evening.
