A room has become available in our four-bed house-share in Worcester Park, south-west London. The rate is amazingly cheap at just £275 each per month, excluding bills, generally approximately £75 each per month. The home offers a sitting/dining room, kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom, large bedrooms plus an enormous garden full of suburban wildlife (see photos for further details). We are 10-minutes walk from Worcester Park Station, which brings you into London Waterloo within 25 minutes. The nearest tube stations are Morden and Wimbledon, each four miles away via a 20-minute bus ride in either direction. The family-owned 1930s semi is a blast from the past, with original retro features, such as swinging 60s wallpaper and bamboo standard lamp. But, have no fear, these are tempered with tasteful – and up-to-date – furnishings and fittings.
