Bright and spacious double bedroom, kitchen/utility and bathroom in a self-contained annex with private access and off-road parking, and outside sitting / eating area. The adjoining cottage is occupied by me and my wife.

Please note a couple of times a week we will need to use the washing machine in the kitchen but will try to do this when you are out or at times to suit you.


The property is set in a beautiful woodland location 5 minutes drive to Worplesdon station with regular service to Waterloo (30 mins), and 12 minutes drive to Woking and Guildford town centres. The A3, M3 and M25 are all easily accessible for travelling to London.

The bright, spacious bedroom has a high ceiling and large French doors that open onto the beautiful garden and farmer’s fields beyond. The room has a double bed, TV and DVD player, hairdryer and plenty of storage. It is fully double glazed and has central heating. The separate kitchen is fully-equipped with a fridge/freezer, hot-plates, combi-microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, sink, washing machine and tumble dryer, and the bathroom/wetroom has a shower, toilet and sink. There is a small table and chairs in the bedroom, or alternatively you can use the outside table and chairs in the adjoining orchard area.

The Christmas Bakery is a 2min walk away and stocks delicious baked goods (and no it’s not only open at Christmas…)
A number of lovely local pubs and restaurants within walking distance

Worplesdon Station: 5min drive / 10min cycle / 35min walk
Woking: 15min drive
Guildford: 15min drive; 15min bus (28 bus every hour until 17:34)
London: 35min trains direct from Worplesdon to London Waterloo every hour, except on Sundays / 30min trains direct from Woking to London Waterloo every few minutes
