A large double room with a double bed, a triple wardrobe, chest of drawers and sofa bed is available in our large bungalow.

The rent includes all bills and council tax and there is good Wi-Fi throughout the house.

There is a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. Just my daughter and I living here with our two dogs.

We are a little out in the country on the A25 so you will need some form of transport as the bus service is poor. The house is situated in lovely countryside halfway between Dorking and Guildford.

There is a large garden and off-street parking.
