Looking for new lodger to share detached house with 2 other professional females. Clean house and spacious. Parking space available plus access to large garden. Would suit a professional person on shift pattern who is friendly, respectfful of others work schedules and clean. Shared kitchen space and appliances. Double bedroom on ground floor having window at front of house a ikea cupboard, chest of drawers and side table with dressing table. Double divan has 2 drawers for light weight items. Ground floor Shower and toilet included but toilet will be used if landlord have guest which isn't very often. Viewing and meeting landlord recommend.
