Single room in 4 Bed Detached House

I work offshore, so the house is usually occupied by two single professional ladies in their 30s, plus myself when I’m back in the UK. The room available is a basic single room with a bed, wardrobe, and bedside table.

The house is kept immaculately clean, which is extremely important to everyone living here. Both current tenants have happily lived in the property for 4–5+ years, so we’re looking for someone who will fit the existing dynamic well.

The two ladies share their own bathroom, while I have an en-suite. There is also an additional downstairs toilet.

We’re looking for a female housemate preferably — someone clean, tidy, responsible, respectful, and socially easy-going. The atmosphere in the house is relaxed and friendly, and I’d like to maintain the current positive energy in the home.

Practically speaking, for most of the year it’s mainly the two girls in the house, as I split my time between the UK and the Dominican Republic.

Cleanliness is by far the most important factor — everything else is pretty chilled out.
