It has a mezzanine king size bed bed up in the roof space , en suite shower room , large wardrobes and a comfy lounge area with built in seating and a smart tv . In the room there is a private fridge , toaster , kettle and microwave , the sink , air fryer and other cooking facilities are provided in the utility room next door .
The house is set in a beautiful green riverside location in the pretty village of Wraysbury, 1 mile from 2 mainline stations , and half a mile from local shops and 2 local pubs . Shops Including a post office cafe and a Co-op . The house is located down a private leafy road with electric gates . Use of the garden and kayak , utility room with washing machine and extra kitchen facilities .

Would Ideally suit a quiet considerate professional SINGLE male ( in full time work ) who is clean and tidy and extremely mindful of energy usage , the house is heated to 18 degrees mornings and evenings but switched off during the daytime , would suit someone agile because of the climb upto bed . Not suitable for couples or anyone working from home , shift workers or students . No Smoking in or on the premises , Uk residents only. ( this was my sons studio , he currently has a job working away from home ) there is very little storage space so someone with minimal possessions is a must .
There is parking on the private driveway for 1 average size car . No vans .
There is a resident cat in the main house (who occasionally may need feeding if I’m away, cat lover preferred ! )
there is a male lodger in the top floor of the main house and myself( a designer ) living between this house and my house in Spain . The house was re arranged during covid to provide more privacy to lodgers and works well so I have kept it that way.
would be great for those working at Heathrow or local film studios, Very easy access to Windsor Staines Shepperton and Heathrow.
