Looking for a friendly house mate to share flat

My spacious garden flat is about 20 minutes walk from Farnham town centre (faster by bike as downhill!). I have a double room available for rent, sharing the rest of the place...large living room, central heating, quiet location, garden with a patio for sitting watching the sun go down, having a glass of vino. I am single, working as a professional in the design industry, and am looking to share with a friendly, happy, clean and tidy person, preferaby female, who is not a huge party animal but not a nun/monk :)...I am an active person, quite house proud but not excessive, and it is a cosy place to live. All my previous sharers have enjoyed their time here and many are still good friends. The room is currently being redecorated but will post pics at the weekend when it's finished! I have a small shy but friendly once she gets to know you cat. Am into music, art, cooking and travel.
