Bright Double Room Available

Bright and airy furnished decent sized double room available from the beginning of October. Photos will follow soon as I am currently having it painted and a new carpet fitted. There is a communal kitchen and large living room.

I own the property and am looking for a housemate to share it with. I am friendly and easy going, clean and tidy and often out and about so you'd get plenty of space to yourself. I'd be up for sharing a glass of wine or a cup of tea at the end of the day or am equally happy if you'd just like to do your own thing.

Ideally I'd like to share with a professional in their 20s or 30s.

There is plenty of roadside parking (I have never struggled to find a space). I have a garage where you can store things if you wish and a garden with a BBQ.

I am approximately 1 mile away from Farnham centre and slightly further from the train station (maybe 1 1/4 miles) so both are easy to walk or cycle to.

In regards to bills, I will pay the council tax, tv license and broadband each month and we would share water, gas and electricity bills.
