Room for rent in Brora

I'm a 38-year-old self-employed arts professional looking for a lodger to share my cosy house in Brora. I have a spare double room on a quiet estate five minutes from the beach, with a garden and on-street parking, and lots of amenities within walking distance (Co-op, pharmacy, bus/train). The room is furnished with a double bed, and the house has electric heating and a wood burning stove. All bills included. Shorter lets can be arranged but please note this is not a holiday let property.

We’d be sharing the common spaces (bathroom, kitchen, living room) so good communication, basic cleanliness and mutual respect are key. I’m more interested in finding someone like-minded I enjoy sharing my home with than filling the room quickly.
