Extra Large Double room in Luxurious Townhouse in Blaydon-upon-Tyne. Fantastically situated for the Metrocentre, A1, Newcastle town centre, Blaydon and shops with a peaceful countryside feel.
The room has excellent views of the shared courtyard garden and wider countryside, and has a large en-suite with toilet and shower.
There’s a shared kitchen and living room with my son, the live-in landlord, but he works away a lot. There’s plenty of parking, and a balcony with awning.
We’re looking for a professional, non-smoking person to rent our upstairs room. You’ll need to be considerate to our home and neighbours, with no loud music after 11:30. We’ll consider couples but may need to contribute a little more towards bills.
