Communal area including kitchen, plus dining and lounge areas within a spacious conservatory. Parking for one vehicle, large garden, and a generally quiet area that may not be suitable for a party person. There are regular busses to local amenities, Newcastle, and Gateshead Metrocentre. Would prefer letting Monday to Friday or temporary let's such as a student or short tem contract workers. Rent covers house bills including council tax. NOTE:
If wanting to use the room seven days per week rather than Monday to Friday only, the rent would be £450 pcm
