Bungalow with two big gardens, 10 minutes from large supermarket, train station and bus station.
Room has wardrobe and chest of drawers, bed frame can be provided if needed but mattress would need to be supplied by occupant.
Shared living spaces, bungalow is decorated/furnished besides the room available. Plenty of parking outside the property. Bills included are council tax and utilities.
I have a dog who will be at the property. The dog has access to all communal spaces so this must be considered before application.
I currently do not have any up to date pictures of the room as is being used for storage (image is from prior to moving in) but will be cleared out when room is taken. Viewings available on request.
