Double clean room to rent in a clean house. Would suit a non smoking professional or student. The house is kept very clean and l prioritise on good hygiene. No time wasters please. The room is situated close to shops church and bus stops and is not far from Blaydon shopping centre. Metrocentre is ten minutes by bus. There are good bus links to Newcastle and Gateshead. The house and area is very quiet. I also would like someone who will adhere to the house rules.
