We find that our lodgers are happy to extend their stay with us as our home becomes their's too. (anything from 3 months for a short-term work or study and all the way up to 7yrs (so far)..... 2 have even come back to us after working away, so we must be doing something right) 🙂

On street car parking available, tree lined street, lovely area and excellent access to A1, Gateshead, Newcastle, Metro Centre and both bus and rail stations... what more do you need? :-)
