Large Double Room

I have a large double room to rent. All bills include except food and internet. The flat is 2 minutes away from the main bus stop to sunderland and newcastle with buses running every 15 minutes to them. Nice peaceful area with boldon asda 2 minute walk away along with a cinema and restaurants. I work in the restaurant trade so im not often in the flat. Flat mate would have to be tidy and be willing to help with housework.
The rent is every 4 weeks not monthly.
