I currently have a single room available for let, I occupy one room myself as I am a live in landlord and I have another Male lodger who occupies the second double room.

I do smoke but never in the house.

I have kitchen, a shared living room, a dining room with table and chairs, a shared downstairs toilet, and a shared upstairs bathroom with sink, bath, shower and toilet. There’s also Wi-fi.

I take the first two weeks rent up front, this is not a deposit and will go towards your first 2 weeks rent and then I will expect the rent weekly from there.
