Large double room for professional lodger/couple

Looking for a female lodger or a couple to share my lovely semi-detached house in Burnopfield, near Newcastle. Large fully furnished double room available. Big garden which is currently undergoing some landscaping, lovely patio area, and attractive kitchen/living room with a wood burning fire. Bills to be split except for wifi and I would be looking for £550/month if there were two people. I have two friendly dogs, and I would consider someone with a dog if it would get on with mine. Lovely location in a semi-rural town with gorgeous walks close to the house and local amenities a short walk away. Regular bus routes into Newcastle, but it would be easier with a vehicle.
