I am 36, self employed Personal Trainer, dog walker and dog sitter, and work a lot from home.
I am outdoorsy and do crazy events for fun.
I'm looking to make some pennies by renting my single spare room so I can fund doing some work on the house.
I have eight small little chihuahua's, you must like animals!!
I am kind and open minded and non judgmental, let you have your own space...and it’s an animal & gay friendly house.
Room rent is £260 per month.
All domestic bills are included and I have internet/WIFI.
I currently do not have a TV licence as I don't watch normal television but I am happy for you to pay for that and have normal TV in your room should you want it.
I do have a TV downstairs for Netflix and movie watching etc
I also have a home gym with free weights, bench, high quality stepper, rowing machine and stuff...
I am looking for anyone serious about renting a room for a good length of time through the week so I don't have to worry about moving people in and out.
This house is perfect for a professional wanting a quieter area to live while working away, with great commuting options to Newcastle as its on a great route.
While my house is near Newcastle you will enjoy the luxury of the quiet surroundings and beautiful scenery, and great if you like getting out and about.
There is a gym, great local shops and take aways all close by.
There is an out building for a bit of storage and bike store if needed too.
