Room - double bed

Looking for a new housemate - had my best mate living with me for 3+ years - he’s moved in with his girlfriend. Looking for someone who’s clean and tidy the majority of the time. I’m not someone who expects if it’s a tiny bit messy that it should be rectified immediately.
Looking for someone who is happy to have a good bit of banter as well as time to themselves. I’m not looking for someone who’s going to just move in and never talk lol
Room - currently using it as my work shirt and trousers drying/ironing/dressing room with it being empty. Pics will show this but they help show the size of the room, very spacious.
Double bed, big drawers, massive wardrobe. Tv, desk and chair. Bed side drawers and lamps.
House - council tax band A.
Shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. Wi-Fi. Every single tv channel and streaming platform you can think of. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, American style fridge freezer. 6 hob gas cooker. Air fryer. Weight bench and weights.
Public transport right outside the door (bus to Newcastle takes 30 mins and costs £2.50). Pubs, food shops, takeaways, barbers, doctors, pharmacists and fuel garages also all within 2 minutes of the front door.
Parking all around the property on side street and back lane.
Rent can be paid weekly or monthly.
