Hi! I'm Jen and I'm the landlord of this beautiful top floor 2 bed flat in Dunston, Gateshead. I lived in this flat for 3 years myself and for the past 2 years, it has been rented by a lovely single woman who is now moving out of the North East. Therefore, I'm looking for a new tenant to start the tenancy at the start of September.
There is a lovely spacious open plan living/ dining/ kitchen area with lots of natural light. Perfect place for a morning coffee and to relax.
There is a main bedroom which has a king sized bed, triple wardrobe and 2 sets of draws. The second bedroom is a single and has a day bed and an ikea chair in there. I used this for an office or for friends to stay over. The bathroom has a bath and shower combo, sink and toilet.
It is decorated in a feminine style so it would perfect for a single woman or couple. (Male tenants still welcome!)

There is an allocated parking space and a visitors parking permit for guests!
Council Tax band A.

I'm renting the flat as a whole unit. Bills are not included. Roughly £80-£100 for electricity, £136 for council tax (£102 single occupancy), £25 WiFi (depending on provider).

Transport links: 2 minute walk from Dunston train station - 6 minutes to Newcastle city centre or the x30/x32 bus takes 15 mins into Newcastle Central. 15 walk to The Staithes.

I truly love this flat and am looking for a conscientious, tidy and respectful tenant to treat it like a proper home. I'm a reasonable and quick responding landlord and really want to make sure you have a safe and comfortable home to live in.

I will be doing viewings from 1st September with a move in date to be arranged shortly after (likely 2nd week in September but I am flexible for the right tenant.
