Bright Double Room Gateshead

A bright double room in Gateshead, close to public transport and 10 mins from Dunston Train station, very easy to get to town.

Shared Spaces
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, separate oven and grill, microwave, toaster, kettle, and air fryer. And a breakfast bar. There’s a small laundry room and extra toilet also. Two gardens are currently being renovated.
Please note: the living and dining rooms are also being renovated, so access to these areas is limited for now, still useable but no sofa for example.

The bathroom is shared with one other person (me) and has a walk in shower and separate bath.

About the Household
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in shared spaces and is happy to keep things tidy as they go, nothing extreme, just mutual respect for the home. We're a shoes-off house, slippers provided if you need them :) We’re also a vegan household so if you’re vegan or veggie this is strongly preferred:)

Ideally looking for a short term lease until February, but can be flexible.
